Estate Planning | Probate | Real Estate | Business Formation & Planning

For over 25 years, the attorneys of Douglas Eden have been trusted with helping individuals and business owners achieve greater peace of mind by ensuring their children and grandchildren are provided for, their employees are taken care of, and the assets they have worked hard to accumulate are protected and preserved.

In 1990, three young attorneys decided to create Douglas Eden, a boutique law firm to serve the Spokane Area.

Since then, Douglas Eden has grown to provide comprehensive legal services in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate, estate litigation, business formation, governance, and succession planning, elder and special needs law, real estate, and securities. Our success can largely be attributed to the longstanding relationships we cultivate with our clients.

We believe that true representation goes beyond mere transactions; it’s about understanding our clients’ unique needs and circumstances and delivering exceptional service tailored to fit them. We have found our commitment to quality and client satisfaction not only fosters loyalty but inspires our clients to return time and time again. We take pride in being a trusted ally in our clients’ journey and seek to ensure every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence and long-term success.

This is our story. We look forward to becoming part of your story.
